  • Cancellation by Medicine Limited: If we cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

To request a refund for an appointment or consultation:

  2. Refund Approval: Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

2. Export-Import of Medical Equipment Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for the sale of medical equipment may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the medical equipment you receive is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, along with supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the defect).

  • Digital or Downloadable Services: Any digital or downloadable products related to healthcare services are non-refundable once accessed.
