At Apon Tours & Travels, we are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for services booked through our company.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under specific conditions as outlined below. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to our official communication channel at least within 2 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
Refund Conditions
The following conditions apply to all refund requests:
Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels a booking within 2 days or more before the departure date, a partial refund may be granted, subject to a deduction of administrative fees, non-refundable deposits, and service charges. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, including but not limited to flight bookings, accommodation reservations, visa processing fees, travel insurance, and other third-party services, are strictly non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. Once confirmed, no refunds will be issued for these services, regardless of the cancellation date.
Changes to Bookings: Any modifications to confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds will not be issued for changes made within 2 days of departure.
Force Majeure: In cases where cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, Apon Tours & Travels reserves the right to withhold any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Transferable Refunds
Refunds are non-transferable and will only be processed for the original booking party. Any requests to transfer a refund to another person or entity will not be honoured.
No Show Policy
If a client fails to show up on the departure date without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be issued.
