Terms & Conditions for Apon Tours

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of Apon Tours' services. By booking with Apon Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read these carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

a. All bookings made through Apon Tours are subject to availability. b. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. c. If a deposit is taken, the remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as specified in your booking confirmation. d. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Apon Tours. b. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date may qualify for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure date are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Apon Tours. c. If Apon Tours cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
4. Amendments to Bookings

a. Any amendments to bookings must be requested in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. b. Apon Tours reserves the right to refuse any amendments requested less than 14 days before the departure date.

5. Travel Insurance

Apon Tours strongly advises that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and other unforeseen risks. Apon Tours does not provide travel insurance and shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of insufficient or non-existent travel insurance.

6. Health and Safety

a. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for the destinations visited. This includes vaccinations, medical documentation, and travel restrictions. b. Apon Tours will provide relevant travel advice; however, it is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they comply with health and safety standards. c. Apon Tours is not liable for any health-related issues that arise during the tour.

7. Liability

a. Apon Tours will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or travel disruptions. b. Apon Tours' liability for any claim related to the provision of its services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the tour. c. Travellers are advised to take precautions for the safety of their belongings. Apon Tours accepts no liability for lost or stolen personal items during the tour.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

a. Apon Tours expects all travellers to conduct themselves respectfully during the tour. Any traveller found to be behaving in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive may be removed from the tour, without refund. b. The traveller is responsible for any damage caused to property or persons as a result of their actions and agrees to indemnify Apon Tours for any such claims.

9. Force Majeure

Apon Tours shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bangladesh.  Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bangladesh.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Apon Tours reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the traveller’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
