Overstay Penalty & Undertaking Form: Overstaying beyond your visa’s validity period is strictly prohibited. You are required to sign an Overstay Penalty Declaration Undertaking Form. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a severe penalty, including a fine of €50,000.
Dublin Regulation Compliance: According to the Dublin Rules, if you apply for asylum or attempt to gain residency in another EU country, you will be returned to Germany. Please note that these rules are strictly enforced.
Consent Undertaking Form: You must sign a Consent Undertaking Form acknowledging your understanding of the terms. If any violation occurs, a penalty of €50,000 will be imposed.
